The Wellington Property Investors Association makes a vast resource of knowledge available to its members and shares information so you can take action with both eyes open.  We don't sell property, we don't promote an "investment system", and we don't do it for you.  Instead, we are your fellow property investors, meeting together to share ideas, information, resources, and experience.

Our membership is a diverse range of men and women with one thing in common - they invest in property.  Many own one or two properties, or are thinking about buying their first investment property.  Some are starting again, this time with better information.  Others have quite a few years experience, and a few properties, under their belt, and want to keep up with the latest issues and learn more strategies.

Speakers at our meetings deal with a wide range of topics, from dealing with tenancy issues, to things you need to know about keeping your accounts in order.  From the micro-level to the macro - how are our investments affected by the wider national and global economy and trends?
